Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Coco Nails We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. To ensure that all our clients receive the best service possible, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellation 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost and loss of deposit. 2. No-Shows Missed Appointments: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated No-Shows: Clients who have two or more no-shows may be required to pay in full to secure future appointments. 3. Late Arrivals Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure we can accommodate other clients in a timely manner. Rescheduling Due to Lateness: If we must reschedule your appointment due to late arrival, your deposit will be lost and a 15% of your service will be applied. 4. Deposits High-Demand Appointments: In order to book an appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost. Deposit Refunds: Deposits are refundable if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. 5. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate your needs. 6.
